LaHood Says Plane Tarmac Fines Will Help Airlines: Video

Dec. 21 (Bloomberg) -- US Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood talks with Bloomberg's Carol Massar about a new regulation that US airlines must let passengers off planes stuck on airport tarmacs after three hours or face stiff fines. LaHood says the rule will "help business because people will not become so frustrated with flying." (Source: Bloomberg)
