3D Printed Solar Powered Windmill

Thanks to carstenj for the 3d model! www.thingiverse.com This windmill was 3d printed on my Dimension sst1200es 3d printer. It contains eight 3d printed parts which were assembled with glue. The motor was pulled from a broken Airhogs Havoc helicopter and the solar panel was purchased from Sundance Solar. Music was broadcast on public radio.

Blade MCX , Flying around the house, E-Flite Micro Helicopter, RC Micro Helicopter

This is my first fligth video. I just bought this E-Flite Blade MCX Micro Helicopter two weeks ago and have been learning to fly it. It's a ton of fun. I would like to get into the larger heli's that can fly outdoors, and I have flown the toy Airhogs stuff like the Havoc and Reflex as well as the Brookstone Silver Bullet. The MCX is leaps and bounds ahead of those, don't get me wrong they're great for cheap fun. The control with the MCX is tons better though and it's a full hobby grade product, so you can buy spare parts, etc. Also I figured this would give me a better idea of if I would like to get into the larger outdoor helis. We introduced the "Hat Cam" in this video which you see at the beginning, a tripod shoe with gaffer tape attached to a hat. The hat cam shots are part of a 3 1/2 minute video of continuous flight around the entire house. All shot with my Kodak ZX1 and edited with Pinnacle Studio 14 HD Ultimate Collection. Air Hogs Havoc Heli My first RC helicopter Wal-Mart had a sale on these for $23.99 after christmas. microgear Heli [Clone & Modded] This one I found at a hardware store it looks alot like a microgear Heli. I've had fun flying this but in a matter of minutes the fuselage broke. Then after that I had an issue with the battery wires appartently the (-) negative wire pulled out of the circuit board resoldered that back on. This one shakes alot in mid flight. Air Hogs Havoc Heli Gen. 2 I'm not sure if this one is a Gen. 2 Havoc Heli; it's heck of alot faster than the original. I got two at a thrift store for $4.99.
