June 2009 - total of 3 press ups. Dec 2009 - 1st set of 50 press ups, then 2 sets of 35 press ups. Following a Full work out then as many as possible - even using one arm. Goal for 2010 - Always do minimum of 100 pressups before work and 100 after work a day ! Total minimum per week = 1400 plus weekends. Bring on the fab triceps, abs, chest etc, etc, etc
