Here we see some samples taken with the Kodak Zi8, which offers 720p, 720p 60x, and full HD 1080p. It seems to do well in low lighting even when hand held. On rough roads the steady shot does help, but still can only handle so much.

Testing the Kodak ZI6 Camera for Incident and CM recording

I bought this camera to make decent 16x9 HD (720) videos during daylight through nightlight driving. It has many attributes that make it worthwhile. When it is added to the Panavise camera mount it makes a great device for vehicle use. The mount can be found here : www.amazon.com Kodak also make the ZI8 which is full HD and it has a aux mic connector but it does not have AA batteries.
