This is Gus Ponmans 1st Mod Thai Kickboxing fight in N0v 2009. It was a good effort for his 1st bout. You learn a lot from a loss it will determine your qualities as a fighter you either become more determined or possibly step in the ring again. Gus will come back stronger.

Last session for 2009 of the Bulleen Training group, appologies for the Christmas music in the background. Paul Lica, an old Bulleen Bobcat's Zen Do Kai, attended the training session. This was the first time Paul, Andrew and Mitch had trained together for more than 20 years. The session focussed on hand to hand defence, then non-linear pad stiking.
