The title of this song is "Beyond Light Years" by my old band Volt Negative. Today I ran a mile and worked out pretty hard. I started out at the playground but when some kids showed up I went over to my gym. Enjoy the music as I do various exercises on the machines. I prefer free weights over machines but that's all they have, so oh well.
