Puch Maxi, 70cc TCCD kit, Biturbo exhaust, with a huge Mikuni 24mm Carburettor
I welded a 1" intake that will fit a Mikuni 24mm carb from a Kawasaki kx65. This was just a test run. The settings in the carb are whatever they were on a stock kx65, which is a bit too much for this!

This Homemade Die Press was simple to make. I found a basic hand press and had a steel plate welded squarely to the end of the shaft and a second steel plate rests on the base.

1st person pov under car... Removing sound damponing silicone and bits of unneeded metal. Out from underneath the car you can see that seam welding has begun along with protective primar in finished areas. There are also some patches that are be welded in. 12/14/09
