Ok here is my official entry into the shayloss weight loss challenge.(SWLC) . I am at 291, but that might be cheating because I just ate dinner. No matter what I have a long way to go and I am determined to get it done. Starting today, I don't care that tomorrow is Christmas eve. I want to try to be 100 pounds lighter by next Christmas Eve. That is my goal and I am going to blog about it all year long.
