US Presidential Democratic nominee Walter (Fritz) Mondale and running mate Geraldine Ferraro started their 1984 campaign against President Ronald Reagan on Labor Day in both NYC and Merrill, Wis. Also in attendance were Wis. Governor Tony Earl and Wis. Rep. Dave Obey. This video was taken at the Merrill fairgrounds and was edited to a few short clips.
