Bittern hauled a Cathedrals Express itinerary from London Victoria to Worcester. We see the engine in favourable weather conditions on the GWR mainline near Cholsey and, after a water stop at Challow, we see the engine gallop along near Uffington. I also went to Effington, but did not record the train's passage. On the return the train is recorded in fantastic style at Frampton Mansell on the climb to Sapperton in the rain. The list was half complete, however, these shots made up for it!! Finally, to Uffington, a disused station about 10 minutes from Swindon.
