Tipsy is a 3 year old Palomino Mare. She is approximately 14 hands and spent 1 month training with Steve White. Here is footage of Steve getting her ready to ride. Tipsy has always worn a Parelli halter, but Steve said that due to his wife's arthritis, she is unable to tie or untie these halters so he only uses the regular halters since she is generally the one taking them to and from their stalls.
