Originally released in arcades in 1986 by Capcom and later ported to the PC Engine/Turbografx-16 in 1989 (as well as a variety of other home machines), Side Arms Hyper Dyne is a shooter (or shmup, if you prefer) along the lines of two other Capcom shooters, Section Z and Forgotten Worlds. This is a fantastic shooter for the TG-16. Great 16-bit graphics and music, and a wide variety of power ups, which are essential to a good shooter in my opinion! When you put a Tubografx CD disc in your CD player, most of them just had some monotone woman droning out a dull warning, but this one from Exile 2: Wicked Phenomenon puts a much more humorous spin on it. Thus far I've only found this audio sample on games released by Working Designs, so this very well may have only appeared on their games.
