From what I can tell, this is Toad Man's stage combined with 13th Street from Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin. Then there's the obvious clock tower once you reach the boss room. I'm still surprised that I didn't take a hit when that enemy jumped at me while I was riding the Zwei. Kinda odd but oh well.
