The National Council of Churches of Kenya, NCCK, has now joined the bandwagon of those calling for Kenyans to be given the option of deciding whether they wanted a Presidential or a parliamentary system of government. NCCK says the committee of experts should provide 2 drafts, one Presidential and another parliamentary during the referendum, instead of the current proposal of a hybrid system which has sharply divided Kenyans.
