Just a quick story about something that happened awhile ago. A message to let you know your not alone with self injury. There are others out there with the same kind of story to tell. Everyday people you may not realize but it could be your neighbor, friend, mother, father, sibling, aunty, uncle or even your 80 year old grandmother or grandfather it could be the person sitting next to you on the bus, the reality is self injury is everywhere.
