Sporting dog park opens in Winnebago Couty
Owners of sport dogs who live in Winnebago County generally had two options if they wanted to give their canines a hunt-like workout: Do so on private property or head to a different county. Now theres a third option, and its open to everybody at no cost. The Winnebago County Forest Preserve District opened the first public sport dog training area at Four Lakes.
