The St Kilda Police and Citizen's Youth Club (St Kilda PCYC) was established in 1947 and is as relevant today as it has been for the last 7 decades. The Club, in partnership with the government and community, focus on providing a haven to kids at risk, through the provision of sporting, recreational, cultural and welfare programs.
