As we enter the second phase of festivities traffic police are promising that they will not relent until sanity prevails on the roads. The Deputy Traffic Commandant Tito Kilonzi, attributes the decline in road carnage during this Christmas festivities to a sustained crackdown which has been on for three months. Eleven people died in road accidents in Nyahururu and Narok in the last four days.
