This is a video which uses Franz Kafka's parable of the law in the sound track. It has two sequences film(Video Data) shot from the interior of a moving vehicle. In one shot a less than thirty second excerpt of Suicidal Tendency's "Institutionalized" could be heard. This sound was mixed with other originally constructed sounds.
