The Government says it will not hand over suspects of the post election violence to the International Criminal Court. Speaking in parliament, Prime Minister Raila Odinga said that although the government would co-operate with the ICC, handing over the suspects would be tantamount to Kenya abdicating its responsibilities and ceding its sovereignty to a foreign authority.
