V petek, 27. novembra 2009 smo navsezgodaj zjutraj zalotili župana v sila neugodnem položaju. Znašel se je kakor je vedel in znal in tudi takrat, ko je bilo že nemogoče normalno opravljati delo, se je znašel, postavil računalnik na kolena in opravil nekaj pomembnih korakov. Ob tem nam je zaupal nekaj podatkov o stavbah na Tržaški 13 in 15 ter o Upravnem centru Logatec, kamor se je preselilo najmanj 8 različnih institucij.
