WindHaven prototype - test #3

for flapping. The physics model is fairly realistic and challenging. I've redone tree rendering, using a modified version of Ltree with my own billboarding code, and I think it's working fairly well (still need to fine tune the billboard/mesh transition). I've implemented a new sky renderer with multiple cloud layers and day/night settings, which I think has made the experience considerably more immersive.
