I realized after I failed on a deadlift attempt that my grip was too weak and needed work. So this is me trying a 195lb 1 hand deadlift on a normal 1 1/16 inch revolving handle, and then with a hold after the lift. This is the first time I had ever tried these, and the second weight I ever attempted. Before this set I did 150 really easily. This is NOT a rolling Thunder handle.
