and bass guitar lessons in fourth grade, and learned both the baritone and tuba in fifth grade. She joined Pittston Areas Jazz Band in her freshman year of high school on bass guitar. Alli became the tuba player of the Pittston Area Marching Patriots her sophomore year, and was part of the ensemble who won a the Cavalcade Championship last year. In 1997, 5 musicians from the West Palm Beach area merged their creativity into one of the greatest jazz undertakings of the 20th century. Regency Jazz Machine was formed and was a veritable juggernaut on the Junior League cocktail party scene, playing one party after another. Shows ranged from mansions on Palm Beach to fundraiser dinners on Cherry Lane (food prepared off-site by Sal's Italian Ristorante, no less).
