Rhapsody no. 12 in C sharp minor Arthur De Greef, piano Recorded in 1925. Arthur De Greef (1862 1940) was a Belgian pianist and composer. Born in Leuven, he studied piano at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels under Louis Brassin, a student of Ignaz Moscheles. After graduating with the greatest distinction at the age of seventeen, he went to Weimar to complete his studies under Franz Liszt. After two years in Weimar, he embarked on a successful career as a concert pianist, travelling widely. ...
