La Comisión de Indemnizaciones a Ex-Presos Sociales, creada en marzo y dependiente del Ministerio de Economía y Hacienda, ha acordado una indemnización de 4.000 euros para Antonio Ruiz, un hombre que estuvo encarcelado 94 días durante la dictadura franquista por ser homosexual (05/05/09).
