November 1, 2009 I attended WDW Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party for an amazing evening with my son. We tricked and treated, went on most of the attractions having no longer than 5 minute wait times, saw 2 parades including Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Parade (the BEST parade Disney has), this Disney Villains Mix and Mingle Show at Cinderella Castle, and saw the most awesome Happy HalloWishes fireworks display.
