The new Uptown Girl Power mural at 825 Hunts Point Avenue was unveiled on Nov. 24, 2009 in the neighborhood of Hunts Point in the South Bronx. It is the first in a series titled Yes SHE Can sponsored by the Majora Carter Group. The murals aim not only to expand public art in Hunts Point, but to present positive images of women of color.

Times is 1:35 pm and this cop spent over 15 minutes playing with his phone while on duty at the Hunts Point Train Station mezzanie stairwell.II decided to record him but he looked my way and I stopped recording him. This says alot for nypd's proffessionalism ant attentiveness.
