Jan visits Jim Puzinas of Blue Heron Fine Art in Cohasset MA at the Connecticut Spring Antique Show in Hartford, CT Jim shares his wealth of knowledge of 19th c American Art and gives us insights into a beautiful American Impressionist painting, Autumn Afternoon by Carlton Chapman. Jim also tells us about Jan's favorite of the exhibit, Shawangunk Mountains a lovely tonalist piece by Lemuel Maynard Wiles the oldest piece Jim had on display in Hartford.

The Great Blue Heron stands about 47 inches tall, and has a 6-foot wingspan. The Lesser Siren is a forever-juvenile amphibian with external gills and two front legs with 4-toed feet. It can grow to about 27 inches long. This was edited from much longer material I shot at Brazos Bend State Park near Needville, Texas at 210 fps with a Casio EX-FH20. This vid is a combination of video and high speed video of the beautiful and graceful Sandhill Cranes. There also is footage of a mated pair of Great Horned Owls, Great Blue Heron, White Egret, Snow Geese, Avocet and various ducks. The cranes winter at Whitewater Draw Wildlife Area from October - March. Whitewater Draw is only 2 hours from Tucson, located between Bisbee and Tombstone.
