A female friend asked me how to hold her new KB. I am sorry for the unprofessional video editing here, but I hope you get the right idea. CORRECTION: I kept saying "pinkie grip" when it should be "okay grip". I found that to be funny. 1. Do the farmer walk with the "ok grip" to strength your "ok grip" and finish off by doing 10-15 reps of the second exercise "crushing it" with the last three fingers.
