My first Boombox since the Panasonic I owned in the 80's. Everything is in working order, only missing one antenna. Sounds great too! Now, where do I find 80's hip hop cassettes?...lol

it so it can play tapes again. Tweaked it so the sound comes out right. The Ribbons are going in these old suckers. I installed the lights which runs on a separate battery power source. I was able to have enough room in the cord compartment to stick the battery holder. The lights are LEDS. Next one i want to modify is the sharp gf 777 if i can find one, lol. enjoy.

Conion C-100 replacement door made from a Sharp GF-777 cassette deck door, lots of modifications and retooling make for a servicable deck door, something commonly missing on this model ghettoblaster.

Nice simple Domestic Japanese Sharp GF1000 (like all the other GF 1000 we can find), but , this one is MINE!!!!!!!!!!!! ;-) ...............It is working on a 15v 2mA transformer.... Good to know, when I get back from France mid Feb. I will be coming back with a GF 777 transformer from a doner GF 777....... Which, that GF 777 will become a Double Mini Disc GF 777 Player!!!!!! This GF 1000 will then be able to take local juice -220v-!!!!!!!!!!! And be multi voltage!!!!!!! YEAH ...
