Did anyone notice that last solo Robo-Z did @ 1:55 - 2:02 was used in Bust a Groove 1? It was his "secret solo" (high score move) dance. Way too reuse old material. xD The Cusu Cusu swiped Robo-Z's fever time and a vast majority of his combo dance moves. But it still looks nice on the 5 of them.

So Here's what I did. 1) Washed my hair with black soap. 2)Used VO5 Kiwi Lime Clarifying Conditioner to futher clean my hair and for detangling... which was really arduous. 3)Then used my Shea Butter Mix (shea butter, olive oil, castor oil, aloe vera gel, tea tree oil, vitamin E oil, almond oil and coconut oil) for deep conditioning. 4)Rinsed out deep conditioner and applied Organics Cholesterol Tea Tree Oil as a leave-in. 5)Added the above mixed with some aloe vera gel to small sections of ...

I only did 1 overload set for this movement. This exercise was done after lat pulldowns, deadlifts, and dumbell rows all using the Max OT principles. You just have to trust me that this was the whole stack......camera guy shut off the camera too fast.
