A cooking (ish) tutorial on my deep fried oreo swap calle pancake oreos. Each serving for three oreos is 190 calories: Reduced Fat Oreos (3): 150 calories 1/8 cup of fiber one pancake mix: 30 calories 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar: 10 calories Weight Watchers points: 4 Fiber: 2.25grams Enjoy!! :)
