Well, originally I was gonna fight Kame's Guile, but dropped him for Reject, and then dropped him for CvSX Rugal. Well, I'm glad I did. This thing is pretty fun to fight. His damage is up there though, but unlike God Rugal, he doesn't love God Press. He blinks yellow for some reason during most supers though. Dunno why, but it looks really weird.
