Anterior and posterior capsulorhexis performed. 3pc acrylic PCIOL placed in the bag with optic captured through PCCC (haptic remain in capsular bag). No vitrectomy required. Capsular bag/LECs sequestered with IOL in this position. Perhaps the best ideal position for a PCIOL in these pediatric cataracts as reported by others.
