veeeeery shaky (sorry - don't watch it if you're prone to motion sickness!) clip was shot on my Olympus camera while out of a run along the cliffs east of Shipwrecks Beach, Po'ipu, Kaua'i in November 2009. Shaky though it is, I hope it gives you an idea of why I think that this run is "the shit" (as you may or may not be able to decipher me saying at the end). of the album there is about a 2 second pause, this is the time a typical CD player would need to return to the beginning of the disc, which means that if you were to do this sync with a copy of the movie and album at home it should be very close to the timing in these videos (different CD players will vary slightly).
