opaos isnt just a music replacement fandub. If the Brawl soundtrack didnt exist, this fandu probably wouldnt have come to be. This song is kind of an enigma wrapped up in an enigma. I'd be lying if I said I really understood the lyrics completely, but I think this song is actually kind of cheery and upbeat. The theme seems to me to be acceptance of good and bad, moving on, and becoming a stronger person. I love the line, "A taste of heaven mixed with hell inside of my head." Sometimes when I'm stumped on song meanings, I go to a database forum where users chime in their thoughts. I thought this comment was interesting: "The heaven/hell thing implies that god and suicide are also two polar opposites that he finds a way to rationalize and 'live with" both without choosing one or the other." That seems insightful. Perhaps it's about living with total acceptance and total rejection of yourself, and being at peace with that.
