Snow geese have a field day at Grauer Park behind Grauer Elementary School in Richmond, BC, Canada on Nov. 4, 2009. Over 100000 white geese fly about 4000 kilometers to BC's Fraser River delta to escape their frozen winter home in Russia's Wrangel Island. The geese fly farther south to the Skagit delta before returning to the Fraser River delta in spring enroute to Russia.
