Sharons Oma und so heißen sie auch Oma-Kekse. Und hier noch mal das Rezept: 500g Mehl 250 Zucker 125 RAMA 2 Eier 1 Backpulver Alles gut vermischen, so das es eine einheitliche Masse ist. Nun die Backfläche mit Mehl bestreuen und den Teig ausrollen. Wenn das getan ist kannst du die Plätzchen ausstechen. Alles Ausgestochen? Dann ab in den Ofen damit für ca 12 min. Fertig sind sie wenn ihre Farbe GOLD-Braun ist. Kurz abkühlen lassen und dann geht's ans verzieren! Viel spaß! ... SCS ...
