Australian RTF Contact in Afghanistan
Description: Australian soldiers with the Reconstruction Task Force (RTF) in Afghanistan were involved in a series of attacks with Taliban extremists in late August. No Australian soldiers were wounded in any of these incidents, but the Taliban was known to have suffered casualties. The soldiers protect the RTF worksite by patrolling throughout the area and maintaining a constant presence. Australia has deployed a Reconstruction Task Force (RTF), consisting of a combined arms team, to the Oruzgan Province in southern Afghanistan as part of Operation Slipper. The RTF is in partnership with the Netherlands Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) and forms part of the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force. The RTF has a clearly defined role to work on reconstruction, improvement of provincial infrastructure and community based projects. Eurosort SBS Sorter for Photobox
The Eurosort SBS comes in two configurations being the PU = push up version and the PD = pull down version. The Slide Belt Sorter is an effective and tested solution within its specific field of application. Generally speaking, this type of sorter is used for the automatic sorting of relatively square and stiff items. Usually, these items are able to slide of a belt. The items to be sorted are fed on to the sorter-conveyor in either the conventional way by another conveyor or from the side under a 90 degrees angle. The products are detected on length and are given a destination. Once the product is positioned beside the right destination parts of the belt lifts up or goes down and the product will be free to slide of. The products are then dropped directly into a carton or into a chute, a roller conveyor / container etc. This sorter has very few moving parts which means low maintenance and low costs.

Collin County IDPA 3-Gun Match
Three strings of fire from the CCIDPA 3-Gun match held March 6, 2010. There were 5 stages and a great course of fire. 2 of the stages one had "strange" weapons, ie, weapons that are not yours. One was an AK-47, that jammed on me my during my run and the other was a belt fed Browning M1919, no jams with that bad boy and a lot of fun shoot.
