This is a very common mistake for servers who stay back. Server starts in a great position on the baseline, wide by singles line. After the serve, the server starts to move to the center, double covering the net players position. The returner hits it crosscourt. Now the server is out of position and floats up a ball to the net player. Game over!

This was the Helmet i made using Dax's tutorial and then after the triangles decided to wing it on my own. For the triangles using what Dax supplied. Take your cardboard and draw a line 60cm long, then mesaure up from one side 33 Degrees and then draw a line 100cm long. Then connect the base line *60cm one* and the other side of the 100cm line. The back angle should be about 122 Degrees.
