This is my son Branden. He was diagnosed with Autism Specturm Disorder when he was 22 months old. He will be 3 next month ( December 09) I have shot a few short videos of him doing different activities during his day. In the video's you can see the behaviors that he presents. He loves to spin wheels and makes little to no eye contact. Although he knows and sais a few of his words most of his verbal skills are thrue the use of babble or other sounds.

You can see how little eye contact he makes when he hears his name. Rarely will he make eye contact. His hearing is perfect so thats not the problem. Towards the end of the vid there is a few seconds of his "jargon"

my final project of A2 media. I was told I had to try something a bit more serious this time. The story is about a boy with autisim who befriends another boy who is lonely in life. Unfortunatly due to filming difficulties and trouble with actors the final piece turned out very different from the initial script, with many scenes being cut or deleted.
