This is one of my 7 year olds only 2 days after teaching him the arabian tuck 1/2 out,.... im definitely not saying that my way is perfect nor can i account for my athletes not performing it as well as i would like them to...lol,.. but this is kind of what it looks like when they first learn it,... and then transforming it into a pike or straight body position is the easy part,.. im about to put together a video of each of the progressions with one of my better 11 year old boys doing them ...
