The Caribou era is over, but we can recall some great airshow displays. Thanks to the boys who flew and supported these beasts. A great sound and beautiful with their ugliness. Who's squadron motto was "We get in when it's hot, wet and tight"? (at least for a while)

The end draws nigh for the F-111 in operational service, but this was back in 1986 for an airshow at Amberley. Only a modest "dump and burn", but the colour is good.

The CAC CA27, the Australian redesign for the Avon engine. Served with the RAAF from 1956 to 1971. This one was still on RAAF charge and performing at least until 1988. One has been fully restored at Temora and flies with their regular flying weekends.
