170 pounds 5'9 - 5'10 19 years old...at the time I was 8 % body fat, 15 1/2 - 16 inch arms, 255 lb bench x 1, 405 lb Deadlift x 3, 125 lb straight bar curl x 6, 330 lb Squat x 1 (Got knee surgery so my squats a little weak), 750 lb leg press x 10...I was about 13 % body fat 1 year before this, but I completely changed my diet, and started working out much harder.
