Part of my new Pseudo 300 style workout. I'm starting off with light weight first. Doing about 225 reps total of everything and then incorporating some of the lifts from my normal routine when I go back to that in a month os two. I'll put up a full description of the entire workout sometime this weekend.

Want a workout you can do almost anywhere? How about several hundred meters of bounding burpees...it is simple, kind of like "just go run a 5k." ;-)
