I lost 2 lbs! :D so I'm now at 137.4lbs hoping to meet my 1st goal (135) within the next 2 weeks or so....but bodywise I see no difference which isnt good btu I'm hoping it will change soon :)

I released 2 lbs today. After a 4.4 gain on my load days. Not to bad considering I didn't feel up to par yesterday.. I wish now I would have been in bed by 10pm instead of doing New Years Eve.. I would not do that again! :)

Let's Make Curry! Directions: 1. Cut 1 to 1-1/2 lbs of lean beef (or chicken, lamb, shrimp, or tofu) 2. Dice one large onion. 3.
