Thank god for a certain youtube video that showed me exactly where to find the part, as if it had not been for that video, i never would have found myself in the situation i'm in ...

How get this: In mission called "Kanto Connection" ( if I remembered it correclty ) You must - using cheat code - smack Jyunichi with slacker / slapper and pick up his weapon fast.
