Network Quality Engineer (3G Opti)
Job Summary :
To be DiGi’s core engineer for 3G Broadband network optimisation to support network quality enhancement & operation excellence.
Major Duties & Responsibilities :
To strive DiGi’s network is always ahead of the other cellular operator in the country in terms of network quality
To participate in setting up stringent but achievable network performance KPI’s. Alignment on engineering strategy and plan to meet KPI’s through dedicated quality optimisation projects and usage of features / tools
To plan / execute short and long term optimisation strategies and projects to meet excellent customer experience in DiGi mobile broadband network and company’s ambition and direction
To review GSM / EDGE / WCDMA / HSPA parameter settings, neighbor list, site design to maximize quality benefit in a cost effective manner
To lead / participate / perform in network integration test, system functionality / performance testing, drive test and statistics / signaling / logfiles analysis and take corrective actions
To ensure the interworking between 2G & 3G network is optimized
To perform end to end system analysis and evaluate Customer experience benchmark and reporting in DiGi’s broadband network
Identification of bottle neck problems in the network and provide recommendation for solution
To continuously enhance data integrity checking mechanism to achieve zero discrepancy in the live network parameter setting

SYSTEMS SUPPORT OFFICER
As a key member of the Information Technology department, this position is responsible for all aspects of user support and network administration including servers, desktop systems, communications hardware/software and office systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain and support the network and systems infrastructure, including daily backup operations.
Provide end user support for desktop hardware, software and applications
Manage the company email systems
