Assist Engineer to design and develop fishing rods
Perform evaluation & analytical studies on competitiveness of existing products
Develop and incorporate effective material selection into feasible products which are marketable
Present periodical reports on new product developments
Perform evaluation & follow up on design changes after launching of product
